2025-11-06 【11月06日 KOREA WAVE】人工知能（AI）が伝統市場にも浸透しつつある。AI基盤の顧客管理ソリューションを提供する韓国スタートアップ「LEMONG」が、釜山の亀浦市場の店舗にAI顧客管理サービスを導入し、商人たちに向けたカスタマイズ型の教育を実施した。   メガ・ニュース（MEGA News）のソン・ヒヨン記者の取材によると、LEMONGは「コメントモン」というソリューションを提供しており、これは複数の配達アプリやさまざまなプラットフォームに分散された顧客レビューを一括で確認でき、AIが自動で返信を提案するサービス。   LEMONGは2025年3月、亀浦市場商人会と業務協約を結び、50余りの店舗を中心にコメントモンサービスを無償で支援してきた。   さらに今回は、デジタルに不慣れな高齢の商人たちを対象に、彼らの理解度に合わせた教育も施した。オンライン店舗の登録をサポートし、インターネット上のレビューを確認・管理する方法を案内した。この教育は、10月23日から24日に開催された亀浦市場のマーケットフェスティバル期間中、「うちの店レビュー集めプロジェクト」の一環として実施された。   同じ日、「トントンキンパプ」のナ・イドンギュ社長は「以前はコメントをほとんどつけられなかったが、コメントモンを使うようになって時間も節約でき、簡単に返信できるようになり、本当に助かっている。コメントモンこそがAIが小規模事業者にどのように役立つかを示すサービスだ」と語った。   亀浦市場商人会のパク・ジョンデ会長は「AI技術を活用した顧客管理ソリューションが伝統市場の小規模事業者に実質的な助けとなっている。デジタル環境に慣れていない商人でも簡単に使えるよう、今後も支援を続けていく」と述べた。…
