Lemong, founded in December 2023 to provide comprehensive AI solutions for small business owners, operates under the motto “Make your store a real business.” The company’s mission is to help restaurant operators succeed through AI amid digital transformation and economic headwinds.

Lemong’s first service, CommentMong, is an AI-based review and comment management platform. It consolidates delivery-app reviews into a single system and provides AI-generated draft replies tailored to each review, enabling owners to respond efficiently. Merchants currently using the service report that “the time spent writing comments has been reduced to one-tenth,” indicating strong satisfaction.

CommentMong goes beyond basic review management by analyzing customer complaints and offering personalized marketing capabilities, which has driven positive adoption. Since its launch in March of this year, the service has expanded quickly, showing approximately 2.5× month-over-month growth in sign-ups.

CEO Hee-yong Lee stated, “Starting with CommentMong, we will accelerate AI transformation across the food-service industry and develop an AI super-app that allows small business owners to manage sales, marketing, and more with just a few words.” CommentMong currently provides both free and paid features, and Lemong plans to continue adding new AI-powered functions.
