Lemong, which operates an AI-based comment management service for the food-service industry, announced on the 3rd that it has secured seed funding from Bluepoint Partners, The Ventures, and AUM Ventures. The company did not disclose the investment amount or valuation.

Founded in December last year, Lemong runs CommentMong, a service designed for restaurant owner-operators. CommentMong enables users to consolidate and manage review information from multiple platforms, including delivery apps, in one place.

Built on LLM (Large Language Model) technology, the service analyzes reviews and generates draft replies. According to the company, it reduces delivery-platform review management time from an average of 8 hours per week to within 60 minutes for restaurant owners.

Less than a year after founding, Lemong has already acquired over 4,000 customers in the food-service sector. Leveraging its strong AI capabilities, the company is also executing AI projects with large enterprises and public institutions, including NICE Information Service, and has been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ TIPS program.

Following this investment, Lemong plans to develop and launch an AI agent service next year and expand into global markets.

Woojin Cha, Principal Investment Manager at Bluepoint Partners who led the round, commented, “By increasing operational efficiency for restaurant owner-operators nationwide and driving the commercialization of innovative technology, Lemong is expected to create significant social impact.”
